Hiring outstanding help can be hard if you don't have the experience or lots of time. Staff for your home and personal space should be carefully selected, screened and vetted. Trust our expertise and experiance to get the right candidate and fit for your family.

PROCESS WE FOLLOW:

1. Interview with you & your family

Ideally this takes place in your home. That way we can see you in  your environment, get a sense for how you live and your life style and meet your other family members including your pets.

2. Draft a Job Description

 After our initial interview we will put together the job description and together we will refine it until it reflects exactly what you want, the hours, the compensation etc.

3. Advertise

Our first step in advertising is to go to our own network of domestic help. Chances are very good that we already know or have seen the work your best candidate so we always look to our own network first. If not we will search more broadly.

4. Vet every candidate

We review every candidates resumes. Top candidates then receive phone interviews. Generally speaking three to four candidates will rise to the top of the list as being the best fit.

5. Personal Interviews

All lead candidates then will receive a personal interview. Local candidates come to our office, others will be interviewed first by remote/ virtual interview. and eventually we personally meet every lead candidate before inraducing to our clients.

6. Reference Checks

We check as many references as we can including past and present employers and character references.

7. Background Checks 

Background screening includes credit, criminal, sex offender and Department of Motor Vehicles checks. By request wealso can perform a personality assessment.

8. Placement

After the candidate gets placed in your home, you are given time to make sure the candidate is a good fit for your family or we will replace him/her/they at no additional cost.

9. 30 Day Review

The client and the candidate will sit with Estate Relations, if needed, on or before the 30 day period to review how the candidate is doing and identify any adjustments that may be needed.
